Dear FIABCI Member,
The FIABCI Belgium Chapter would like to welcome you to Brussels! If you have not already registered, there’s still time to do so for our FIABCI Business Meetings in Brussels during 3, 4 and 5 December 2009! We are very excited to meet our friends and colleagues throughout the world in Belgium. Brussels is a magnificent destination and you will love your visit to our magnificent country – especially in December. Please register immediately! FIABCI’s host hotel is the Hotel Metropole Brussels (Reservation Form attached) which is extended its deadline for registration but you must act NOW!
To recap previous communications about our program – there is an exciting program and agenda planned throughout the three day program. We will be celebrating FIABCI’s 60th Anniversary. And during the celebration we will find out more about the new opportunities for FIABCI members which our leadership has been working on. These opportunities will enhance our offerings so we can support and build new business practices and connections throughout the world!

‘The FIABCI 60 Year Celebration Gala Dinner’: 4 December
This Gala Celebration should not be missed!!! The exclusive event will take place at the world famous restaurant ‘Amigo’ located just off the famous “Grand Place.” International dignitaries and guests will include The Belgian Minister of State, Herman De Croo who will address FIABCI during the wonderful celebration, the US Ambassador and his wife, as well as with the FIABCI Past World Presidents who have led FIABCI to be a global leader in the real estate industry. RESERVATIONS ARE LIMITED TO 100 GUESTS TO ENSURE AN INTIMATE EVENT PROGRAM. Please register. It will not be complete without you!
“TECHNOLOGY - DRIVING THE FUTURE OF FIABCI” : 4 December
FIABCI leadership has been hard at work developing new technologies to build our business opportunities throughout the world. FIABCI will unveil our new Social Media Platform designed to connect FIABCI Members, together with Internet based Education. It is an exciting benefit that will open even more doors for our members to transact business on an international basis.
Magritte Museum: 5 December
A private tour for 100 FIABCI members has been arranged to see this world famous Museum which features the largest collection of works of René Magritte. The special feature of this collection is that it includes all periods of this surrealist painter, including the greatest masterpieces from the private bequests and purchases of the Royal Museum of Fine Arts. This tour is one that should not be missed! Register Now!
Networking and Tour of Bruges: 3 December
There will be a great networking event as we visit Bruges on a chocolate, beer and diamond tour. Dear FIABCI Member,
This is your official Invitation and Announcement of our next FIABCI International Business Meetings.
Brussels, The political capital and the “Heart of Europe” is where we will all meet on 3, 4 and 5 December 2009. The host hotel is the Hotel Metropole Brussels (Reservation Form attached). We are all looking forward to the great program with a special thanks to FIABCI-Belgium for all their help. (Schedule and Registration Form Attached)
It is our hope that you will plan to arrive in Brussels on 2 December, 2009 because you will want to be fresh and ready to go on 3 December so as not to miss the wonderful ‘divers Bruges program’ and start the working days with socializing, learning the area and enjoying the friendships which are the most beautiful part of FIABCI.
On 3 December, everyone should plan to be there ALL day Thursday for networking and to visit Bruges on a chocolate, beer and diamond tour. The day will be ending in a Welcome Party in the Metropolitan Hotel!
On 4 December, start your day by attending a special session: “TECHNOLOGY - DRIVING THE FUTURE OF FIABCI” as FIABCI has been working to provide to all Members a fantastic Social Media Platform designed to connect FIABCI Members, together with Internet based Education. See you there! Continue to attend Committee Meetings throughout the day to Listen, Learn and Participate with your wisdom.
Finish the evening with ‘The FIABCI 60 Year Celebration Gala Dinner’ at the well- known restaurant ‘Amigo’ located just off the famous “Grand Place”. The Belgian Minister of State, Herman De Croo, has confirmed to be present and speak to us all.
Shake hands with the US Ambassador and his wife, as well as with the FIABCI Past World Presidents who have brought FIABCI to what it is today, allowing us a legacy that we all experience. Give them your own personal “Thank You!”.
On 5 December, bring your properties, services or real estate needs to present at the famous Marketing and Networking Committee Meeting in the morning. We together will make it a great event!
And in the afternoon, the General Assembly will take place as we elect the new Officers and Leaders of our great FIABCI federation. Watch history take place here.
We have planned the meeting schedule and information to be as productive, efficient and positive as possible for you and for FIABCI International. We focused on offering something for everyone.
